Your Yard
Will this kill my grass? ▼
Yes — any grass under the pool will die over the summer. When we remove the pool in the fall, we reseed the area. Bring your preferred grass seed on removal day and we’ll use it. If you don’t have any, we use our own blend. Your yard will be ready to grow back before winter.
Can I install on grass? ▼
Yes — grass is the most common surface. We just need the ground to be reasonably level.
What size yard do I need? ▼
We recommend at least 20×30 feet of clear, reasonably level space for the pool itself. Larger packages with a lounge deck need a bit more room — we’ll confirm during your yard consult.
What about my sprinkler system? ▼
Please mark your sprinkler heads before installation day so we can work around them. We’ll cap or route around any heads in the install zone. Plan to adjust your watering zones for the summer.
Does this work with my HOA? ▼
Many of our customers are in HOA neighborhoods and have had no issues. We recommend reviewing your CC&Rs before reserving. We’re happy to tell you what to look for, but HOA compliance is ultimately the homeowner’s responsibility.
Safety
Is this safe for young kids? ▼
Every install includes a ladder and a pool cover. We strongly recommend using the cover any time the pool is unattended — it’s your first line of defense. The water depth is approximately 3.5 to 4 feet. We also recommend looking into portable pool fences for added peace of mind.
How deep is the water? ▼
Approximately 3.5 to 4 feet — shallow enough for most kids to stand, deep enough for the whole family to swim.
The Season
What does installation day look like? ▼
Plan for about a half day. We ask that someone be home the entire time. We handle everything — you just need to point us to the space and stay available for questions.
Who manages the water chemistry? ▼
For The Splash, the homeowner handles weekly water chemistry — we’ll walk you through what to do. The Oasis and Resort packages include weekly touch visits where we check and balance the water for you.
What if something breaks or leaks mid-summer? ▼
We fix it. Equipment issues and leaks are covered for the full season. Just call us and we’ll get out to you promptly.
When does it get removed? ▼
Removal happens in September or October. In mid-August we’ll reach out to propose a date that works for your schedule, taking Boise’s fall weather patterns into account.
Can I get extra maintenance visits? ▼
Yes — additional visits are available as a one-off add-on at any point during the season. This is especially popular with Airbnb hosts who want the pool prepped between guest stays.
Payments & Logistics
How does payment work? ▼
A 50% deposit is due at booking to reserve your spot. The remaining 50% is due on installation day. No payment plans beyond that.
What if I want the pool removed early? ▼
We’re happy to remove the pool early if your plans change — just give us reasonable notice to schedule it. That said, we don’t offer refunds for early removal. The full season price stands regardless of when it comes out.
What areas do you serve? ▼
We serve the full Treasure Valley — Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Kuna, and surrounding areas. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask.
